What are the venue hire charges?
Venue hire charges apply for all events, with fees varying by date, time, and venue; please contact us for details.
What are the operating hours for venues, and are there restrictions for bookings on Sundays or public holidays?
Our venues are available for events from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Events on Sundays or public holidays are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
How far in advance should we book a venue at MIC?
Our booking system operates on a “first‑come, first‑served” basis. You may submit your booking application up to 9 months in advance.
What is the minimum booking time for venues?
The minimum charge for each booking is 2 hours.
Do non‑profit organisations receive any discounts?
MIC is committed to supporting NGOs and ministries and offers varied discounts depending on the circumstances. Please contact us for more details.
Is there free on‑site parking?
There is no on‑site parking available at MIC. Guests are advised to use nearby public parking facilities or public transport
Is food and drink allowed in the Chapel?
Unfortunately, food and drinks are strictly prohibited due to hygiene concerns.
Can I bring my pet to MIC?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly venue. Please inform us if you plan to bring your pet along.
