Can we move the chairs or setting?
A: Yes, however you are required to return the venue in the original condition.
When is the earliest possibility we can come into the venue?
A: You are allowed to come into the chapels 15 minutes prior to the booking time.
What happens if I return the venue late?
A: An extra hour service charge will be incurred if you return the venue late for more than 15 minutes.
Can I appoint a funeral director outside from the MIC recognised funeral director?
We endeavour to provide the best and hassle free service for the deceased family, and we want to ensure every funeral director is familiar with our venues and every service will be run smoothly at our premises. If you wish to appoint a funeral director outside from the MIC recognised funeral director list, the service provider will need to go through an interview with our Event Manager before booking our venue.
